If you receive a product in a damaged condition please mention that on the delivery note. Please also drop us an email within 10 days of receiving the product, if you can send us a picture along with the email.
If you want to return a product, please tell us why and what product it is within 10 days of receiving it. We will write back to you to initiate the return. Please tell us about a product you want to return within 10 days of receiving the product.
If it is a recall by the manufacturer we will inform you and have the product sent back to us at our cost.
Products must be unused and in original packing for return. Please also include a copy of the original invoice. Use the return address label we will email you, please print and stick it on the box.
Please email us and let us know you want to return a product within 10 days of receiving it. Products under Rs. 300 and food/treats are not eligible for returns.
All warranties are manufacturer warranties. For the Tractive products, the manufacturer warranty is null and void if you try to open the product of fix it yourself within the warranty period. At Oliver Pet Care we are committed to a life long commitment to our clients. Even after manufacturer warranties, if you have a question or problem, please contact us and we will help you as best we can.
